Globally accepted methodologies (PMI, Prince II, Chestra etc.) will be customized and blended to establish a Project Management Methodology specifically tailored for you, depending on your company's needs, processes and infrastructure.

By training your company's Project Management Team in the scope of this methodology plus periodical supports and improvement projects, the established system will have durability. The target is to be able to track and manage the company's internal and external projects in a triangle of cost, quality and time.

We can group the scope of activities of the Project Management Office:

  • To perpetuate the necessary methodological infrastructure  in order to carry out  healthy projects;
  • To feed your company's upper management with reports and analysis that span across projects;
  • Personal development of the project managers.

It is the responsibility of this group to perpetuate the project management methodology, to supply usage support and to assist the project managers during some critical modules of the projects.

The Project Management Office publishes summary analysis (cost, quality, time) reports for the in-house and external projects. Through Steering Committee meetings these reports are presented to the stakeholders (executive management, board of directors etc.). Measurement of your [internal or external] customers' satisfaction is also in the scope of this group.

Project Management Offices should be considered as structures that both technically feeds and audits the project managers. The needed training, development opportunities and certifications are supplied by this structure.

Rengo Consultancy summarizes its service as establishment and perpetuation of the required infrastructures. We believe that the best results can be achieved by starting intensively and diminishing the establishment efforts as the structures become operational and revised periodically over the long-term.
